Winning the name game.
Name.com is a registrar that helps new businesses get online with everything from domains to email and website tools. We designed Name.com’s brand and built an e-commerce website that converts domain browsers into full-package customers.
Name.com’s custom logotype feels monumental, but with just enough idiosyncrasy to feel distinctly Name.

The modular pattern system adds energy and variation across brand moments. Each layout is built from a shared visual logic to flex easily across web, social, and campaigns.
The new website front-end creates confidence from the get-go. On the dev side, we embedded with Name’s Engineering team to ensure seamless integration with their custom back-end.
We positioned Name as the partner who makes it easy for solopreneurs to get online. Messaging is written with clarity, warmth, and a wink—like advice from a trusted friend.

We simplified the path from search to checkout, combining domains and value-add products into a single, intuitive flow. With curated options, clear guidance, and easy cart control, users build momentum without friction.
The refreshed brand speaks to solopreneurs who want to feel supported and empowered. Confident typography and a vibrant palette bring a sense of fun and ease.

Promoting non .com domains was a key sales objective. We made them feel smart and modern—not a fallback—by surfacing them early and presenting them as relevant, brand-worthy options.
We created custom icons to reflect the brand’s friendly, approachable tone. Each one is designed for clarity at small sizes, with just enough character to stand out.
