In 2008, Core disrupted Student Housing with the first Hub on Campus. This high-end high-rise in the heart of campus changed the category forever. We partnered with Core to evolve Hub from a new idea into a nationally recognized brand. Today, there are Hub communities in 20+ major college markets.
The iconic H-shield is designed to flex across touchpoints—from signage to hoodies to web pages. It’s a simple, bold mark that makes a national brand instantly recognizable, no matter the city.

The identity system was built for scale and localization. From custom city shields to unique color palettes and messaging, every Hub community feels distinct and part of something bigger.

We designed a mobile-first, conversion-focused web system to support leasing across 65+ properties. Each site builds from a shared template that’s customizable to reflect local culture.



OOH and digital campaigns pop off the feed with bold headlines, expressive layouts, and local messaging. Every asset is built to turn heads and fill beds.
