In 2008, Core disrupted Student Housing with the first Hub on Campus. This high-end high-rise in the heart of campus changed the category forever. We partnered with Core to evolve Hub from a new idea into a nationally recognized brand. Today, there are Hub communities in 20+ major college markets.

For Hub to grow, the brand had to scale nationally without losing its local soul. The identity system we built flexes for each community, from custom logos and color palettes to poetic, localized narratives. It’s a brand that feels instantly familiar and always fresh—a call to live like a classic.

The iconic H-shield is designed to flex across touchpoints—from signage to hoodies to web pages. It’s a simple, bold mark that makes a national brand instantly recognizable, no matter the city.
